Special small hotel with an alpine atmosphere and a snack bar. Lovely location right on the lake, and great size bedrooms. Near the garden, the lakes and Zurich and the Lindt Chocolate Museum.

Location close enough to shop and the garden. Excellent service and large and incredible room with the jacuzzi.

A Unique Experience with Fine Views

The spiral staircase and knight-themed ornaments. The large and comfortable bed provided a restful night. The breakfast experience didn't live up to the high standards set by the hotel.

Amazing hotel with its great wi-fi, outdoor dining area, and sauna. On my first stay, the staff helped me pick the best taxi. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for a new year!

Charming medieval vibes with fine views

The hotel boasts an enchanting medieval atmosphere detailed with historical memorabilia. Plus, the spacious rooms offer amazing views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains.

Though the breakfast was satisfactory, it requires a short walk across the street to the Swiss Chalet, which could be inconvenient in bad weather.

An unexpected upgrade to the four-star Schloss hotel enhanced the experience, with a spacious room with a large salon area and a view of the lake. The comfortable bed and pristine bathroom were highlights, along with the complimentary minibar. The separate breakfast location offered a high-quality buffet, and local restaurants, like the excellent Argentinian place next door, provided great dining options.

The hotel is beautifully located right by the lake, providing both fine views and a charming outdoor area. The historic décor and spacious rooms added a unique touch to our stay.

The classic room decorated in an old-fashioned style offered large spaces and fine lake views, with a free minibar and coffee station that added nice touches to the ambiance. Unfortunately, the breakfast left much to be desired, lacking variety and freshness which detracted from the overall experience. The well-stocked grocery store nearby was a plus, but the evening meal fell short of expectations.

A broken shower head in the room raised concerns about maintenance. Better dining options nearby could enhance the overall experience!!!

Loved our stay in a spacious room with a cozy sitting area and stunning lake views. The private beach access and sun loungers were fantastic spots to relax on sunny afternoons. Just a heads-up, breakfast is a bit of a trek to the other building, but worth it! ☀️
